Great location with a few good restaurants nearby. Staff gave us help with booking restaurants and showing directions. It's fairly away from the busier part of Venice but walls between rooms are very thin and we could literally hear every single word coming from next door.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and homely. Great location, as it was quiet with good restaurants etc around. Only a 10min walk to the start of a main shopping track. Breakfast was delicious and had a decent selection. Would definitely recommend.

We lived in the apartment. There is a soft bed, a lovely kitchen and a terrace with a table. The rooms are clean and warm. Breakfast is included but we did not use it. Located next to the train station, 10 minutes on foot. The walk to the main attractions takes 30 minutes. We liked it.

Me and my girlfriend stayed there for Venice new year eve. Room was modern and very tidy, staff kind and helpful. Perfect location for somebody, who avoids busy and noisy hotels. Breakfast was basic, but everybody can find something tasty. We would stay there again.
