Delighful samll hotel in Vencie. It is central to water buses, restaurants and close to St. Marks. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms small but European and very clean. We stayed here over carnival and I couldn't fault the place. For the price we got a good sized room, clean and quiet in a central location a few minutes from everywhere you could want to go. Will be going back!
