Great location with a small room. Room was clean, shower worked, Breakfast was acceptable. Staff was helpful, even pointing out ways to save cash on side trips. We stayed in this hotel for four nights, after one night in the abysmal San Marco Hotel across the street (don't confuse the Royal San Marco with the San Marco, please!)

Family trip, we stayed for three nights. The staff was very efficient. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. We had the Torre dell'orologio Suite with two bathrooms and two bedrooms, comfortable enough for 5 peolpe. Great location, just off San Marco Square. The rooms are fine. Nothing negative to report, nothing exceptional. The staff were helpful with recommendations for cafes and restaurants. Good deals available on web.

Travelled with Jet2 Holidays at £400 per person for flight from Manchester plus 3 nights room only. Comfortable rooms and helpful staff. Food and drink prices typical of Venice. Only 30 seconds walk from St. Mark's Square.

We were upgraded to this hotel after initially booked into San Marco but had no hot water in our room. The room was huge had a sitting area and a great bathroom. The location was ideal and close to San Marco piazza. Definately worth the stay
