Nice location, close to San Marco. Clean. Our room was at the second floor and there was no lift nor someone to help with the luggage. The bathrooms were in a different floor also adding to the problem of comfort.

perfect for those who don't want to stay outside of the old town venezia and also dont want to pay a fortune. clean but old rooms, friendly staff. We stayed at the room B, which had only shared bathroom and a sofa-bed. therefor it was really cheap in compare with other places.

This place should be quarantined and labeled not suitable for human inhabitant. The room smelled like a rodent died and was decomposing. The bathrooms are filthy. Towels are changed every two days. There' s no bells and whistles in this hotel , basic accomodation, no aircon, towels changed q2-3 days, plain breakfast in the morning,wallpaper outdated, flooring is very old. If you just want a place to sleep after a long day of sightseeing for a very good price and a very good location..this is a place for you.
