We stayed here pre and post a cruise. The first night was 10th May and the second was 22nd May. On both occasions a buffet breakfast was provided. 5 star service, immaculate rooms, sensational location on the Grand Canal next to St Marks Square and a five minute walk to the Rialto Bridge. One of the few hotels with a terrace restaurant overlooking the Grand Canal. Will recommend highly and return.

Close to all places of interest, helpfully staff, room was what you would expect for a 5 star hotel. Down side had to ask for the free WiFi, would have expected to have been told it was free when I checked in which is standard practice in all the 4 & 5 hotels I have stayed in around the world.
