comfortable room , not the best view in the world as it backed on to the railway but not a problem as good sound insulation. Breakfast of a good quality, room clean and the staff helpful. Not in the old quarter but very close the to the Arena Chapel. good connection to Venice. Would recommend to others.

Have been here during our round trip through Italy. Stayed one night and then left by train to Rome and returned after four days. I was pleased to leave the care in the small hotelparking.
And since the train station is nearby it was easy to reach Rome, but also possible to catch a train to other cities in Italy....

We stayed four nights and enjoyed our home away from home. Hotel staff very friendly and seemed like family. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of food to start your day. Being near the train station made this hotel even more convenient to attractions. Would highly recommend this fine hotel!

My wife and I spent a total of 8 nights at Al Cason Oct./Nov., 2011. We give our strongest recommendations for staying here to easily visit both Padova and Venice. We are veteran B&B owners in U.S.(25 years), so are acquainted with most elements of small lodging hospitality. Al Cason

We wanted a clean, nice, reasonably priced location near the train station and Scrovegni Chapel in Padua, and the Al Cason worked out very well. About an eight minute walk west of the station (also the tram stop to head downtown) and about 12 minutes from the chapel, it was very handy. Both walks are flat. Like many train stations,...

My husband and I stayed 2 nights at Al Cason for a romantic getaway. His parents stayed there many years before when he was doing his military service. It's a perfect place to stay because parking is free and easy (and if you've ever traveled around Italy's historic centers you know what a drag this can be,) it's clean, cheap...

Had a three-night stay at Al Cason while on business in Padova, and it proved an excellent cheap option for a city centre hotel at just £100 for three nights.
It is a 2-min walk from both the main bus and train stations, 5-min walk into the city centre and plenty of transport links on the doorstep.
The room was...

We stayed here for 2 nights in November and chose this hotel because of the reviews on tripadvisor and because we needed to be within easy walking distance of the train station. On previous trips to Padua, we have stayed in the old centre, and I would urge visitors to opt for a longer walk/bus journey to the station rather...

This hotel was a treat, because it is very modern, located a short walk from the train station in Padua, and a generous buffet breakfast was offered and included in the room rate. The satellite TV actually got over 100 channels that worked! (a rarity in Italy and Europe generally). The Hotel has free Wi-Fi and a computer (for a...
