My wife and I have used this central hotel several times, always for short periods (2-4 days) in the past few years. It's not perfect, but its many good features made us return: the personnel is generally very kind, the public areas are spacious and pleasant, the breakfast is generous and of good standard. The architecture of the hotel, while... More

Nice lobby, very nice staff. Clean. The room is OK, but not one from a 4 star hotel. You have an old tv, cramped spaces, no (!!!) AC outlet near the bed, and only one on the desk (which makes it very challenging to recharge my iPad and iPhone). Average to below average breakfast. In short the typical 4 star... More

Dear Guest, I'm sorry to hear that you did not appreciate our room during your stay with us. Most of our guests love our service and design, but we do understand it is not to everyone's taste. May I say that our Tv's are only four years old and that obviously we disagree with your rating. We hope to have... More

My husband and I stayed two nights at this hotel. We were able to get a reduced weekend rate. The hotel is lovely as was our spacious room and bath. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff spoke excellent English and were always helpful. Breakfast was included and was full breakfast fare, i.e., eggs, fruit, rolls, cereal, etc.... Although this hotel is located just outside the Centro Storico, it's location on a side street adjacent to a park is easily overlooked when searching for it by car. The basement garage is convenient, but relatively expensive (22,-€/day). Our room was well-furnished and comfortable, the reception friendly and professional. Since there was a conference in the hotel at the time,... More

although not being a luxury hotel, it is "grand " enough; it might be classified as a very good business hotel; the building architecture reminds a time of monumental ideas, the common spaces are quite large, i understand that they have meetings, courses, official dinners; but I have seen group of cyclists and bikers The rooms are large, the bed... This hotel has not only beautiful public spaces, but good-sized, beautiful rooms. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable. Good Internet (5 euros/day via ethernet cable). Good breakfast. Friendly staff. The bar is comfortable. Quiet at night. Well located within Trento. I would gladly stay here again. (Orthodox Jews will want to know that the hotel uses electronic key cards, which is a problem... I had booked this hotel after reading some generally positive reviews on TripAdvisor. It must be said though that the city of Trento does not offer that many hotels to begin with. It is primarily an important University town and is often overlooked by tourists, hence the infrastructure for visitors is not as well developed as say, Milan, Venice, Florence... More

We regret that the guest did not enjoy his stay at our hotel and would like to reply to a few points that we do not find correct: 1 - the garage fee is 11 euros per car per day, not 28 euros as stated by the guest 2 - on a rainy day it is quite common that guests... More

This is a comfortable hotel, centrally located and close to the railway station. We were very happy with our room which had great views of the city and mountains. Terrific breakfast and helpful staff. The room had plenty of space to put our things, so we didn’t fall over ourselves and our bags! Comfortable bed and very quiet. The bathroom... More

This hotel really deserves 4 stars for the good service and nice restaurant and bar. The common parts of the building are plaesant and refined with hi quality moquette (which is normal in a mountain location) & accurately cleaned. SPA services are also a good touch. Rooms are large enough, silent, classically modern and comfortable. The only flaw I've found... More
