Staff pleasant bartender Ranko very service minded and pleasant. He made all feel welcome. Room with view but no amenities or English speaking tv stations. Gym uncleaned basically dirty and part of cooks charging locker. This area needs attention. Pool nice, pool towels great, restaurant for dinner very good, breakfast the usual Italian fare with fresh fruits.

The hotel is about 25 minutes walk from the centre of town. The advantage of this is the marvellous view from the restaurant/garden/swimming pool area to the back of the hotel which more central establishments don't have. Very nice, although bolzano is not a nice town, this hotel has a great view from the pool and the rooms. Service at the pool is great! We had a very large room where 2 adults and 2 kids had plenty of room. Nice bathroom too with window in the ceiling.
