What you pay for with this hotel is the location and the location alone. Sure, staff are relatively friendly (not those doing check-in, unfortunately, but all others were) and breakfast is decent but the room was no better than an old 80s motel. Very good location ,extremely close to Duomo and Galleria Vittorio Emmanuelle. Good and kind stuff, even though they were on a hurry every morning during the breakfast and we could not enjoy it that much. Beautiful and spacious rooms.

buut..... there is also a desperate need for refurbishment. So, to be short: if you don't care too much about HOW rooms LOOK you can enyloj spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff and do not expect anything more. Hygiene is also not the best one... mostly due to the very old building and surroundings.. Average breakfast (for Italy, of course)

This hotel is is in a great location at the back of the Duomo, and a 10 min suitcase pull from Duomo metro.
