Would certainly stay at Hotel Berna next home in Milan. All staff were friendly and helpful. Massimiliano runs a great Bar and his two recommendations for dinner were both great. The hotel is in a convenient place close to Milan Central and a Metro station making it easy to get around.

Great hotel. Good location. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Room was very quiet. Breakfast was very tasty and bounteous. Nice surprises in hotel. Next time in Milan this will be our first choice. Hotel where we felt that we were important.

I'd recommend this hotel to everyone that goes to Milan. It offers a great breakfast, the staff is very kind and it has everything you need in the room. I really ook fordward to coming to Milan and go back to this hotel.

Hotel Berna was easy to find and very central to public transport and to all the things we wanted to see and do. Staff were always very helpful. The Hotel was beautiful, decorated very well. Our room was lovely. Would recommend Hotel Berna to my family and friends.

This Hotel was very convenient. A few stops to the Duomo and the Bellhop John I think his name was is very friendly,helpful and warm, as were all the staff. If I visit Milan again I know exactly where I'm going to stay!!!!
