The hotel is located at walking distance from the main train station and Piazza Repubblica + Quartiere della Moda. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Forniture is quite out-dated, but ok. Generous breakfast for pastry lovers - not so furnished for gluten intolerant people. Staff at your disposal at the reception for any need. I recommend the hotel.
