Helpful staff, clean rooms, small gym not the best so if you really want a proper gym don't go here, but you can exercise in, no free weights, swiss balls, and some machines broken. Stayed here for just one night - it's a beautiful hotel - lovely rooms with tea/coffee making facilities, a very comfortable lounge and helpful staff. it is at piazza lima- just 3 metro stops from duomo. the hotel is nice and clean- the breakfast had a big buffet with everything and nice italan prochiuto and ham. the street, Buenos aires is full of shops and the prices are ok. if you are lucky and get a good price on line- book it!
