Nice hotel clean hotel with amazing views over the lake and mountains ,helpful staff. Breakfast was ok. Will add to my places to see in summer list. Travelled on business so not sure of accessibility by car or train etc. didn't get chance to check the gym out.

The hotel was VERY nice, right on the shore of Lake Maggiore. Staff were capable and kind. We stayed two nights. It truly is a 5 star hotel. The breakfast buffet was extensive and was made even more wonderful by dining on the terrace overlooking the lake. Easy walking distance the the water taxi in Baveno.
