This is a very nice hotel directly on the plaza by the lake. The rooms are comfortable and air conditioned if a bit old fashioned. The view of the lake from the balcony is fantastic. This hotel is in a great location with the magical views over Lake Como. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast food was ordinary could improve a little and there was easy access to the ferry to travel on the lake. Thank You for a great stay.

I found the hotel to be well located, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was very good and the balcony was great. We found the room to be much too tiny and the hotel and rooms need to be renovated- the place is dated.
