A beautiful apartment with 3 guest rooms, very elegant and very well furnished, in a quiet neighborhood, not far from the city center or the port, which however was not accessible by car, but by stairs with 59 steps or a long uphill path! The owner and the stuff were all very friendly and the owner gave us information about... More

We stayed here in mid-October, just after the Boat Show closed. First, it's perfectly easy to find, in an apartment block just off via Palestro, itself a clearly marked road from Piazza Corvetto; the steps are steep, but the alternative, a path leading from via Calatafimi is less so (though longer). It's not at the end of the world though!... More

This is an impressive and reasonably priced B&B at 90 euros a night. The room was spacious, the location was central and the host was organised and welcoming. No complaints but should mention the bathroom is on the small side (only a shower but it was clean and powerful) and the wi-fi range was limited - that aside it was... More

Centrally located just minutes from the centre of the Old Town, this charming B&B was a real find. In a traditional apartment block, the spacious rooms are tastefully decorated, newly renovated and beautifully furnished, and the sitting room area is a lovely place to relax. The view from the high windows across rooftops is lovely, and the walking around the... More

We had 2 rooms for 4 people in July 2012 and stayed here for 3 nights. Cinzia is a great hostess and very helpful for restaurants. We went to Fuori Orario, that everyone in their reviews had mentioned, and it was awesome! The B&B is so comfortable and in a quiet location but still central for walking around the city.... More

This is a great little B&B located in an ideal spot in Genoa. It resides in a traditional-style apartment block accessed from a quite residential street just minutes walk from the centre of Genoa where all the up-market shops are. There are a steep set of stone stairs you need to negotiate to get to the apartment block from the... More

It's top in one sense that it's on a hill (as is most of Genova) at the end of a flight of 59 steps, so heavy luggage or disability is a problem. In another sense, it's top because of the elegant, creative (steel dining table) furnishings, good Italian-style breakfast and quiet, large rooms. Cinzia treats one like a private house... More

Called Cinzia about one week ahead of time and booked a room. Parking was a little difficult but Cinzia greeted us by the street to help us back the car into a private garage parking spot. Ensure you reserve a parking space beforehand as I believe there is only one. After walking to the hotel, we were greeted with a... More

We termed the review excellent location as it wasnt really that far to walk from the B&B to the waterfront. I think it only took about 15 minutes and we were taking in the sights on the way. Also there was a very good restaurant called Fuori Orario 50 m further up Via Palestro on the left. We also counted... More

My husband and I loved this B&B. It is very pretty and has a spic-and-span level of cleanliness. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it is well off the street thanks to the 59 or so steps to the front door. (There is another way to get to the front door from a pedestrian walkway to the east. You go along... More
