Breakfast is also good and staff is friendly. If you wanna enjoy Genoa for a night during business it is perfect. I do not remember how much did I... More

Great location, and very new and clean. The breakfast was sufficient and the staff was friendly. One negative- the bathroom is extremely small in the rooms. Overall a great experience though. More

You can't go wrong with the Best Western City Hotel in Genoa. It has everything you need. If the hotel is full, try the new Holiday Inn near the port and ferry terminal. Everything that applies to the BW also applies to the Holiday Inn at the port. More

This hotel is in a very upscale area of the old city. I only stayed one night because I was flying home out of Genoa, but this was a very good choice. The rooms are very nice. There is a hot pot for making coffee and tea, as well as free WiFi in the rooms. We had dinner in the... More

The rooms are very well equipped, free wifi and ability to plug laptop into TV if required. Nice to have BBC 1 and 3 as well as CNN as the english channels. Liked the selection of herbal teas and the natural light alarm clock. Very comfortable bed and well equipped bathroom. Right on the edge of the old town and... More

Nice formulaic room, friendly enough staff, decent location. They were doiing up the reception but it didn't effect the stay. Good breakfast in an uninspiring windowless dining room. Pricey room service. The view from the bedroom (superior room) was across a tiny pedestrian alley straight into a family apartment, along with kitchen smells, hi-fi and TV noise and the occasional... The hotel and the service you get really worth your money. The hotel staff are very very friendly and helpful. They help me so much during my stay in Genoa. The entertainment they provided in the room (playstation etc...) is great idea for children. The rooms are very clean and convenient for families. It is only walking distance to port... More

We had the pleasure to stay at the Best Western City hotel in Genova, Italy. We enjoyed the suite/family room with our small children, and benefited from its total confort, ranging from design and ambience to service completeness and care for detail. The hotel is located in a nice district of Genova, thus close to shopping area and touristic attractions... More
