Standard Novotel facilities but with a good restaurant and extremely friendly staff - good value for money. Hotel somewhat away from the city center and public transport but nevertheless, can be fully recommended.

Comfortable Novotel, but little bit out of the Center. We had been there, due we went to a Ferry, and for that, it was a good Location. We had just 10 Minutes to the Ferry! Especially Breakfast Service was good there!

actually the hotel was pretty good and very friendly staff. but the location was not good - located in a harbour area and about 15 minutes away with bus from the center. it is good, if you stay there for one night, to go after to ferry. for more stay, maybe location is not very good. staff speak good english.

Stopped here for a few days in May 2013. Friendly staff, have no trouble while talking in english with everyone. Bar is standard, but a little expensive. Breakfast is good at most.
