The hotel is located in the proximity of an ambulance service company - need I say more?? Also, the hotel for some reason does not have a restaurant, so claiming 5 stars seems a bit steep without such a basic service available. Far from city center (20min walk). Good breakfast. The rooms had a good size and the bathrooms as well. Cold staff. Paid wifi (7€ per day). Easy parking just outside the hotel. Wouldn't visit Modena again.
