We are in Modena on the Via Emilia, the principal street of the city, in a strategic point, not far than 2-3 km from the centre, from the train station, from the fair and from the Modena nord motorway exit. We are room rental, not an hotel, we can only expose a little sign. You have to follow the street number (clear and linear), the map on our web site or contact us to find out our position. The double rooms have an internal bath. The TV and the fridge are in every room. The espresso coffee maker, the coffee, the microwave and a washing machine are at gests disposal. We have agreements with some bar and restaurants that will grant you very good prices. Our structure is suitable also for long term stay. In this case we could agree with you flat rates. If I will be not in during your arrival, my collaborator will receive you. She is a very kind and clever girl who is responsible for the cleaning but she can also help you about any need during your stay. It is suitable to advise us about your hour of arrival because we have not a consierge. We will welcome you in an eighteen century house, internally renovated in respect of the structural typologies of the age. No cement, only bricks, wood and another particular kind of brick used in Emilia named "lambricchie". Thanks to its elasticity, the house has resisted to the earthquake without any consequences.The windows are anti-noise with double windowpane and washers. The external walls are thermally isolated. The original wood floors have been preserved in some rooms. No poisonous glues or industrial laths but only the natural wood creaking. All that could be considered a work of art. Rooms have been painted in fresco from a local painter. The furniture are quite all original of the age. Every room is different that the others but equally comfortable. Solar panels for hot water and photovoltaic panels have been both installed. However the expensive investments, we will grant you the lower sector prices.We want to offer quality and low prices : we are sure that this will grant us satisfied clients and always full rooms.We are absolutely multi ethnic. We love to receive people from every countries and cultures. We are very happy if our guests carry their colors, flavors, perfumes and habits by us. Probably it is better than travel. We receive well-mannered animals.
