Hotel rests atop a hill overlooking a valley of homes and farms--gorgeous morning until night. Heavenly. Outdoor pool is large, refreshing, and clean and surrounded by small statues and nice patio for lounging. Rooms are also clean and bathrooms large and nice, despite small shower. Air conditioning is good. Breakfast was ok, but the restaurant was lovely. I would stay... More

We stayed at this hotel as part of a family celebration so were part of a group. Staff rude and dismissive, if you didn't arrive by 10am for breakfast, but were two or three minutes late, they would not even provide a cup of coffee. No snacks or lunch available and they mixed our passports up with two other guests... More

We stayed at this hotel for three nights over a weekend. We were not part of a tour group or a wedding, but independent visitors visiting family nearby. The hotel does not cater for people who are not part of a group. There are no services such as food and drink during the day, there are few staff so no... More

The hotel has such potential in such a beautiful location which is wasted!! We live close by the hotel and therefore booked for family members coming from UK to celebrate our wedding anniversary (held in a restaurant on Lago Albano). We were all so disappointed with the hotel. Supposed to be 4 star, but is just a bed and breakfast.... More

Stayed here in June 2012 with a tour group, we stayed in the lower bulding and the place was spottless. The views were amazing. You must go to the main building grab a drink and sit at the pool area and takein the views. Feidel the bartender will treat you like gold, what a wonderful person.

This hotel was nice for our group. As was previously mentioned, this is not the sort of hotel for people who aren't able to/willing to climb. It is located on a series of inclines and takes effort to get to your room. The views from the windows of just about any of the rooms we were in were breathtaking. The... More

The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is they had a very sweet cat that hung around outside the property. She was the only bright spot in our unfortunate experience with this disgusting place. From the outside, you'll think you have really picked a prime spot. After the half mile long hike up the steep hill to... More

Our group only stayed 1 night at this hotel. But it was very nice. The building was beautiful, gorgeous views of Rome from the top of the hill. The rooms were very well decorated. The bed was nice and firm. The bathroom was clean and well equipped. Our room had a private terrace with table/chairs. Breakfast buffet was very large... More

Positives - views (if this is important to you) were magnificent in all directions and in almost any room that members of our traveling tour group were given. Rooms were okay but, again, the views make up for a non-descript room. We enjoyed two evenings dining outside with good food and wine (we purchased earlier), bright moonlight and water fountain... This hotel was one of the worst i have ever been too! The hotel apartments are scattered along a steep hill and access from your rooms to the main reception desk is at least a 10 minute tiring walk. On top of this most of the rooms were ant infested and had spiders crawling on the wall. Disgusting! The rooms... More
