I stayed here for my last night in Rome and it was just so-so. The building was not marked with any signs (not that I was expecting a huge billboard but a little sign would have been helpful). I stood outside for a good 10 minutes ringing the bell/intercom but no one answered. I finally had to call the other... More

If you don't have a European cellphone or you need onsite help to make dinner or museum reservations, this is not the place for you. Nice rooms and a great location, but we spent a lot of money using our North American cellphones. Breakfast foods were very limited -- some fresh fruit would have been an improvement over the packaged... More

Pros - the bed and breakfast is a short walk to the Vatican and one block from the metro. The rooms are very clean, stylish, and confortable. Access to WIFI was also a huge plus. Cons - the day I arrived the intercom was broken and I could not get in. When finally I did gain entry by calling another... More

nice place to stay, clean and elegant. I have been in rome for a week with my girlfriend and we had a wonderful experience: She really appreciated the italian design and the elegance of this small but nice hotel. in a word? romantic! Will be back for our next anniversary! J. More

We stayed here during our honeymoon. We trusted in the pictures and were deeply deceived. To begin with, this place is in a building, on the third floor. Don't look for a sign outside of the building...it does not exist. The breakfast was cereal and packaged breads. And everyday, they would bring breakfast for only one person! We were never... More

We found Leonardo wonderfully helpful and most professional. The breakfast is not as indicated on the web site. It was one of the reasons we had it recommended and also had referred it to many other friends. The breakfast was disappointing with terrible pre-packed food and we never received what we ordered. There was not even one English channel available... More

The most value for this B& B is the location. You can get to the Vatican and St Peter's in a few minute walk. The area has a lot of restaurants and cafes including supermarkets and Tobaconist where you can buy metro tickets. It is also beside a bank which is convenient if you run out of money. Check in... Best Vatican is still nice and clean as it has been during previous stays. Location is excellent and the communication with the B+B is prompt and precise. However. The breakfast that used to be the star of this B+B is gone. They no longer serve the excellent breakfast that has received the excellent reviews. This was one of the main... More

This place was a pleasure to stay at. On a three week trip through Europe, we had stayed at some fairly dumpy establishments. This one was the exact opposite. The hotel is in an old elegant building blocks from the Vatican (~5 minute walk, no kidding). There are about 6 rooms at this B&B. You are greeted promptly and warmly... More

I've seen a lot of hotels/b&b's in Rome and I must say this is absolutely the best one!! Great location (5min from the Vatican and 2min from the metroline that takes you directly to Piazza del Popolo, Spanish steps, Termini, ...), very nicely decorated rooms, good breakfast, very kind owner. I'll definately stay there again. We paid 100€ for one... More
