We found this hotel on Tripadvisor and everything it said was true. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpfull. We had a nice room with spacious bathroom an a comfortable bed. Very good location, easy access to the metro and other means to transportation to get around in the Roma. The room was clean. The facilities were fine though the TV set was too small and out of date. The staff members were very helpful. I would stay there again. More

The facilities at the Welcome were poor, shower doors were hanging off , TV was broken and the room required general repairs. The location is very noisy. Staff was very helpful to compensate for the poor quality of the place. Would I stay again : NO More

The location of the Welcome House was great, only a 5 minute walk from Termini train station, 15 minutes to the Trevi Fountain and about 20 minutes walk to the Spanish Steps. I stayed at Welcome House for 3 nights in April and had a very plesant experience. The location is amazing, on Via Nazionale within walking distance to all the major tourist attractions.
