I stayed here a couple years ago and was just inspired to write a review. Look, this isn't a luxury hotel. There's no fancy lobby or swanky lounge area. It's just a nice, quiet, safe little home base while you're in Rome. HOWEVER, the staff is amazing. My first night there, I asked the girl behind the desk where i... More

Buonarroti Home B&B was the worst hotel I stayed in while in Italy. My room fronted on the street and was very noisy. My air conditioning didn’t work the TV was small and the lift was awful. The wi-fi was not compatible with an Apple iPhone. I used tripadvisor when picking this hotel; I must say the reviews are not... More

I had the opportunity to stay here last April and it was fabulous. Silvio and his stay were great with assisting me when my flight was cancelled due to the Volcano in Iceland. They helped me in more ways that I could have ever expected. The rooms were always clean, the breakfast was molto bene! I look forward to returning... More

Where do I start? We spent 5 nights here. Our room faced the street so be sure and have your earplugs. We experienced the lights going out one morning (I was in the shower at the time and there was no window in the bathroom), the hot water ran out another morning, again while I was in the shower. The... More

We stayed here for two nights and the service was fantastic. The employees were very helpful, friendly and hardworking. The room was behind the front desk and was incredibly small. We couldn't open the door to the room and have the closet door open at the same time. The air conditioner worked for the most part, but kept shutting down... More

Fantastic place. Stayed there on 21/24 August and loved it. Silvio is a great guy and the place is top notch. <100m from the Vittorio emmanuele metro stop is really nice. Lots of lovely supermarkets nearby too. 5min walk to Termini if u wish (with luggage!) The rooms are impeccable and very neat. Would definitely use them again. At €60,... More

We spent two nights at Buonarroti Home in Rome. As we travelled from Australia, to Italy (first time to Rome) with a four months baby, having appropriate accommodation was the most important thing for us. If we had booked a nasty hotel we couldn't stay there because of the baby, and the risk was that we'd have to waste a... More

This place was a great find for a short trip. Location is excellent, able to walk to all the main sites within 20 minutues. Very close to the Termini station, very close to Hop on-Hop off bus pick ups. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are simple but clean and tidy. Don't expect hotel things like sky tv, mini-bar... More

I can only say wonders about the kindness and assistance my niece and I received from the hotel staff. Without asking, they gave us directions to all the important places and assisted us when we needed to find a specific bank. The room was a little too small and the street was a little noicy, but we could sleep. The... More

You get what you pay for at this hotel. It is cheap and in a good location but the positives stop there. Breakfast consists of a pastry with more icing and sugar than a Kristy Kreme doughnut accompanied by a small cruton that I would expect in my caesar salad - no juice or water or anything else. Rooms are... More
