We stayed at Massimo's in August 2010 (despite the date on the selector below . . .) on the recommendation of my fiancee's daughter, who had visited in 2009. It was a good choice. We were there for six nights, during which we explored Rome fairly thoroughly (for oldsters . . .). Massimo's is on a quiet street and is... More

Massimo has a wonderful B & B located next to the Vatican Museum within walking distance to all of Romes attractions. He is a wonderful host. He arranged our transport from the airport at a great price and met us on the street when we arrived. He then showed us to our rooms and was ready with a map and... More

We spent our first week at a 5 star hotel in Sorrento and figured we could not return home without visiting Rome. Much to my wifes disagreement I decided I wanted to get a little more flavor on Italy by staying at a bead and breakfast. I booked this paticuar one solely on the reviews of the owner himself and... We stayed at Massimo´s B&B for 4 nights, one week ago (may 2009). It was an excellent experience and staying at this B&B made our trip to Rome even more beautiful. The room was very very clean and confortable. The bathroom was also perfectly clean and tidy. Massimo is just the best host in the world: he makes you feel... More

I fell sick the day we landed in Roma. Mossimo was such a great host, he took good care of me when my hubby went visiting the vatican. The rooms were very clean, so were the bathrooms. he gave good recommendations for food and closey travels. Just loved this place. Mossimo made the place worth it. highly recommend it More

Me and my friends stayed in one of Mr. Zoli's apartment. The place was nice. It's simple but worth the price. There were five of us and we stayed in a 3-bedroom apartment. The place is 10min.walk to the metro station, 10-15min. walk to Vatican museum. As soon as we got there, Mr. Zoli gave us a map of the... More

Very cooperative with questions online. But be careful he doesn't book your room out from under you. He likes instant bookings More

I had a pleasant time at Mr Zoli's apartment. Things I liked about the stay: (1) It was situated on a quiet residential street in a peaceful neighourhood where you only see locals. (2) It was very convenient for visiting Vatican and St Peter's which were just 10 mins walk away, and close to a metro stop. (3) It was... More

We stayed at Zoli's two bedroom apartment for 6 nights in Sept. and then an additional 2 nights in Oct. We were two couples. Mr. Zoli is the best host we have stayed with while touring Italy. He meets you whenever you arrive and makes you feel at home. He helps you with your luggage and makes reservations and suggestions... More

My mother and I are do-it-yourself travelers--we like taking buses and trains and exploring cities on our own. So it was very great for us to stay at Zoli's B&B. Bus stations were a 2-minute walk away, and the Cipro and Ottavio train stations were 5-minutes away. We could also just walk to the Vatican, so it was easy to... More
