We (6 of us) occupied 3 rooms for 4 nights. The rooms were as advertised (150 square feet), "extra clean" (as "clean" as any hotel you will find), with outstanding amenities you would usually not find in a hotel at this low price---flat-screen TV's and laptop computers with fast-speed internet in each room! There was a staff person available at... More

Do not ever stay here it is shocking. We arrived late in the night and had made arrangements for a late check in but our room that we had booked for 4 nights was given away and they put us into the Viennese No.2 or so they called it. It was a dump I have seen closets bigger than the... More

have stayed here on three occasions . had a quad room and then a double room on other occasions. Better value obviously if you book directly from hotel.Hotel Viennese is a 1 star category only because they have no more than 15 rooms. In Italy the stars category are given only for the number of rooms. located a short distance... More

We traveled with our 3 teenage kids, room was small but clean and we all had a bed to sleep in. Space was tight however we got what we paid for, in general the room was a bargain, one of the few places with a room that sleeps 5, 1 bunk, 1 twin and one full bed. Have some humor... More

I was a bit leery of the place before arriving having read the reviews and having stayed at bad Termini hotels in the past, but we really wanted a decent place close to the train station. After staying, we were pleased with most of the experience, although there were some non-functional items in the room that needed repair (shower head,... More

Dear customer, our hotel is a holiday, a star, does not have large waiting salts nor the swimming pool, a golf course there. But we believe that in the room and he can see her going to a 3-star hotels in Rome, we have free services that do not have three-star hotels, such as air conditioning, personal computers with free... Hotel Viennese is a real gem set amidst the hustle and bustle of the Termini area. What the hotel lacks in space, it makes up with splendid service, friendly staff, and clean and well-kept rooms at the cheapest bargain one can find throughout Rome. We - 6 people in 3 rooms - stayed at the hotel in late November 2009... More

To call this hotel a dump is beng kind. We had a room that slept 4 people, and the beds were so close together we could barely walk around them. the room should have been used for one bed, not three!! we were there in June and it was HOT. Our shower consisted of a trickle of drops, and they... More

People who have complained about this hotel should have upgraded i.e paid more if they expected a grand hotel. It was clean, cheap, ideally located for the bus, train, metro. Loads of really good cheap restaurants within 5 mins walking. Don't buy wine at restaurants though, way overpriced. was charged £17 for a bottle that I could get for £2... More
