Very short walk from Termini makes it convenient to go to different parts of the city. As other reviewers mentioned, lift is small but only a problem if in a hurry. Staff are competent, friendly, helpful and speak good English. Check in and check out was simple and painless because of reservation. Enormous free breakfast and free wifi wih ver... More

I needed to find a hotel near Termini, since in two days I'll be taking the train. The area is quite seedy, so I was apprehensive. Especially since all my previous attempts to find a decent hotel in this area have failed miserably: the only one I found acceptable (Hotel Diocleziano) cost $400 a night and I did not like... More

Great location, very close to Termini and therefore very convenient to get between Rome and Fiumicino; and also to get around by bus/metro, or tram depending on where you're going. The front desk staff was excellent, service-oriented, and multi-lingual. Breakfast (included) is very diverse: very good selection for all preferences. Note that this hotel advertises itself as having "sound-proof rooms".... More

My wife and I stayed here for a five day get away and found the hotel to be exactly what we were looking for: modern, clean, comfortable, and equipped with all of the essential amenities (big tv, air co, etc.) Furthermore the staff was extremely helpful and the hotel was a five minute walk from the main public transport hub.... First I should be fair and say we were supposed to be at the Morgana and got bumped here. Pros: 1. Room we had was large 2. Bathroom was large and well laid out 3. Breakfast looked nice and common areas looked nice Cons: 1. Room was 85 - 89.6 degrees F (30 - 32 Celsius) and they could not... More

The Ariston Hotel offers good value for the money, a clean room & location. We were drawn for the price, look, wifi, location & breakfast.
