Room is okay, small but clean and comfortable. Staffs, however, are terrible especially front staff on Sunday afternoon. He doesn't understand English and very rude. If you don't want to have a nightmare in rome, don't stay here! More

We picked this hotel because of it's location and it was indeed nice to be so close to the Termini for access to trains, busses, hop-on hop-off buses and lots of restaurants. The Reception area is deceiving. Once you pass through the door to go to the run down hallway, elevator, etc., you are lead to a room with no remote for the T.V., no hot water to bathe, thin walls so you hear the people right next door, doors broken to the closet, and safe wires ripped out from the safe...so... Not impressed as we walked in to a fairly nice reception and were taken to some terrible building "behind the nice reception" with a disgusting lift to an bedroom that did not impress us at all.. Breakfast is to run away from.. Stay well clear from this hotel. More
