What's to say. This place is what a hotel is suppose to be. Service from the desk all the way to the bellboys was the best. The room, a bargain room was exactly what was needed. The bathroom was great for a bargain room enormous bathtub. I spent the night because all the Bullets were booked for the day. The... More

Had gone with children, one 4 year old and one 2 year old. Was pleasantly surprised when I saw the room. It was really big with a huge bathroom. The location was also very good 2 minutes from termini station and across the road from the open bus starting point. The people were friendly and had a good 3 night... More

Officiousness and dismissiveness appeared to be the attitude of the all male desk staff. Two people in our group asked for the desk to follow up car/shuttle bookings. They were declined. Hotel in a great position near the station, but a little shabby.

This traditional Hotel offers for the standards of Rome surprisingly spacy rooms. We had a double of approx, 30 square meters, plus a bathroom of large size. The looks of the hotel are Italian old school, even the rooms seemed to have been completely renovated recently. They had new parquet floors, new tile work in the bathroom etc. The attentiveness... All in all, a solid hotel well located near Termini. The rooms are good - clean, tidy etc. Standard 4**** I would say. The loots (shampoo etc) are also decent, and replaced daily as they should be. Breakfast in the morning was good. Attentive staff, although not sure why there was CCTV in the room. Maybe someone is stealing too... More

Found this hotel via our travel booker but what a pleasant surprise. Wonderfully close to the railway but also many of the central attractions. The hotel is part of a very small chain but has a big brand feel to it. Lovely room with high ceilings and good size bathroom. The bathroom fixtures were new and plenty of toiletries. Very... More

Clean, modern facilities, with good breakfast to start the day. Great location for train, bus, or metro connections only two minutes away. Reasonable restaurants nearby and Colosseum down the street. We stayed for 5 days and were comfortable throughout. Front desk is professional but somewhat cool. Special compliments to Anna in the breakfast room. She was a joy to deal... More

This hotel is in a great location near the train station. The hotel rooms were very comfortable and clean. Housekeeping is doing a great job. The bathroom was brand new and very well designed. The rooms have an energy system designed by Siemens that you need a card key to operate and when you remove the card the power goes... More

Wonderful rooms. Nice and large! The rooms were cool and quiet. We stayed two nights while traveling through Italy and we wanted to stay more but they were booked full, unfortunately. The bathroom was very clean and large, double sinks, bidet, every toiletry you can think you might forget and a walk in closet! We had a towel warmer and... More

I stayed at this hotel for the last 5 nights in April 2013. I had emailed several times before my stay and the hotel was prompt in replying. On arrival I could see why this would be a 4 star hotel - beautiful public rooms. Unfortunately I think I got a 3 star bedroom. It was smaller than expected, shook... More
