This hotel must have been something in its day. Unfortunately it needs a major face lift. The staff is helpful but are working with suvstabdard material. A old fashion hotel with good old fashion service. A good breakfast and nice to sit down for a quiet drink in the lounge area. Good size bathroom and comfortable bed. Service was professional, particularly from bar staff. Close to Termini and attractions. Reasonable price. .

Comfortable room. Good location. Didn't have much time to try all the hotel's services. Only spend one night due to an emergency.The day of departure, 4am in the morning, the gentleman on reception was not very friendly. Nice decoration.

The location of this hotel is out of this world. The no. 64 bus and the hop-on/hop-off buses are across the street from the hotel. I like Lilly, Andrea, Giovanni they are both concierge and front desk that knew the answers of all your questions. Breakfast is great!

Keep it brief, this is an excellent period place to stay, NEED value for money from a place and can honestly say we got it, nice touch from room service in 'arranging' neglige! Good location outdoor heated areas some music at night 5*
