Two friends and I have just had a 4 night stay at this lovely hotel, |The decor was excellent, the breakfast adequate and the staff friendly. It was in a quiet spot and was only a few minutes walk to the train, bus and metro termini. Only complaint would be that the bedroom safe didn't work. We would certainly recommend... More

We found the Galileo to be a great quiet hotel, in a good location, close to the RR station. The breakfasts were very good. As, we find many European hotel, the beds were very hard for our taste. They charges 5 Euros per 24 hours for WiFi and the signal was somewhat weak. the overall experience was very good and... More

The room was very good, nice decor, clean, not very big but good enough, top cover had some snags (superier room) If you expect to get a hot or cold drink at any other time then breakfast, forget it. There is no bar as advertised in their broucher were you can get a cocktail and have a drink on their... More

This is a really clean and confortable hotel. Away from the noisy city center and nearby to the metro. In 5 minutes you can be in the heart of Rome. The breakfast was terrible, not enough for a 3 stars hotel in a big city as Rome. Wifi is not free, you must pay a 5 € fee for a... More

The stay at the hotel was very good for us as the location was quite convenient. If you want to avoid hussle-bustle of roma termini area, this is the best choice. Walking from the roma termini & many other eateries too. Clean rooms, bathrooms, etc. Breakfast was really great. Wide spread - toast, cereal, juices, tea, coffee, etc. Worth every... More

Staff were welcoming and helpful but wifi was not free. We stayed here twice with one room being bigger on the second floor than one near the dining room on the first floor. The smaller room was cramped with little room to place two suitcases. The shower was a bit of a squeeze with it being difficult to bend over... More

My girlfriend and I spent three nights here in August 2012. The location was good for those coming in on the train, but is pretty far from the main attractions - it does however have a subway station within a 3 minute walk. There is also two grocery stores close by. The area has either embassies or government buildings and... More

We stayed in Hotel Galileo last month. This hotel is a very good option to visit Rome. Although the hotel is not very close to touristic places, I consider this characteristic as an advantage, because Rome is a very noisy city, and the hotel is placed in a quiet area, so the rest of visitors is guaranteed. If you enjoy... More

This little hotel is in s great location. The issues we had were our booked tours started early in the mornings and we only got to enjoy our breakfast that we'd paid for in advance on one morning as the breakfast room didn't open until 7.30am. Two,of the three staff at the reception were lovely and very helpful, the third... More

This was our first time to Rome and this hotel was very friendly and welcoming. The staff here are lovely and are more than happy to advise you on where to go and how to get there.
