I was a guest in the hotel universe for a meeting a few months ago and I got good service from all staff, ready to solve any request with kindness and sympathy. Excellent service wi-fi and a real business center. Unappealing details with old elevators, small closets.

Good hotel. Walking distance to many tourist attractions. Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are small (seems usual in Rome) but lots of organizational space. Very clean (hence the 4 star score). helpful staff, comfortable rooms, great breakfast and close to everything we wanted to see as the green Line tour company with plenty of ointerpreters was within walking distance of the hotel plus some good restaurants.
