My boyfriend and I just came back from Rome-Florence-Rome trip. We stayed at the Hassler Hotel at first , but on the way back from Florence decided to try someplace new. And what a fabulous choice we made by picking the Grand Hotel Via Veneto. The staff was just phenomenal from start to finish from doormen to the managers! They... More

My wife and I stayed here for three days after a week long cruise. The staff were wonderful and the hotel is just breathtaking. Beautiful rooms. Each night they would turn down the bed, and place slippers and robe by the bed. The lobby always had coffee or hot tea available. The area was perfect for us. The metro stop... More

So good! I love this hotel, we stayed there for a couple of days last year, and now came back. Service is wonderful. My room was not as I expected though. We payed a very high rate... Roma is the most beautiful city in the world! More

Location is not very good.Via Veneto street is not a very nice street as told. They don't bring iron to the room. They say because of safety reasons. But there is no room for to iron yourself and if you give them they want extremely high prices for ironing. More

Wonderful hotel with huge rooms and bathroom. The decoration was classical & stylish. My only complain was the lack of balcony and the noise of the next room... I would strongly recommend it and looking forward to returning. More

I had a wonderful 2 night stay at this hotel. It is modern and extremely stylish, but within a traditional period building. The room was very large and fitting with the rest of the hotel, modern & stylish. It had everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel, including a very comfortable bed. My only complaint was the shower,... More

Very beautiful hotel with nice spa. The room was space full, good service and very good breakfast. They thought about every detail while building it.The only disappointment was the cold shower in the morning. When we told the receptionist about it, she reacted a bit annoyed and didn't pay much attention about it. That was the only bad thing. More

my husband and I stayed there after a Cruise, the Hotel was very nice and modern, it covered our expectations, until the last night that we had some troubled with the light at the room and nobody knew what to do with the light to fix the problem, the front desk instead of changing us in another "better room" for... My wife and I stayed for 2 nights following a romantic sailing cruise from Athens. We had both been to Rome before but never stayed in the fashionable centre. We decided to go for the full "nine yards" (Imperial measurement in Rome). and were not disappointed. Rome in the sunshine of Autumn is wonderful, the people friendly and fashionable with... More
