Great place with its excellent location so close to the Vatican and a train station. We had a little difficulty finding it as there was no sign, but once there, the hospitality, cleanliness, and service were excellent. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. More

This place is so good, but although they have one ascensor in the building it was not available to San Peter... Then I needed to carry on my heavy luggage stairs down and up... For the rest it's ok. More

My husband and I stayed here during our visit to Rome earlier this month. We loved being able to come and go as we pleased, but Irina was available through phone or email when we needed. Every morning Irina left fresh croissants on our door for breakfast, and there was a basket of snacks and a stocked mini-fridge every night,... More

I had stayed with my family at this place in Jul '11 and had a very loving stay. I travelled across Italy - from Venice, Rome, went to Flornce as well - but one good place i still have in memory is the stay in this B&B. I reached a bit late than scheduled and could not inform; but arrangements... More

My wife and I stayed here in early September and it was the best accomodation we had on our trip to Italy. Very clean, close to the bus, restaurants, and shopping. Walking distance to St. Peters, and the host Irina was exceptional. Very good and timely setting up the booking and helping us with any advice about Rome. We loved... More

It is a nice small hotel near the center of Rome. We really liked the room, large, it has excellent bed and all necessary equipment. We got the keys from the entrance, so we could come and go as we pleased. One minus - the hotel is located in the basement, so there is not much sun. More

My girlfriend and I stayed for a weekend in Rome in late August 2011. The room was very clean and lovingly furnished. Irina the host was courteous and very uncomplicated. We arrived very late @ 23 p.m. and although check-in was announced just till 20 p.m. it was no problem for Irina to come over and help us. Breakfast is... More

We loved the location of the B & B. Very close to the Vatican area, residential quiet area with restuarants, couple blocks to bus, also close to laundromat. Since we walked everywhere we enjoyed visiting and experiencing many neighborhoods of the city and then came back to our quiet B & B. Only negative....Do not use airport transport Irina recommends.... More
