I was pleasantly surprised the hotel. First of all, no problem reached an agreement at the reception in the English language. Also known as the New Pisana Palace after a refurbishment. We were offered this hotel as a tempting special deal; we knew it was not in the centre, but we were told it is "in the Vatican area".
