NIce staff and place to stay during winter and autum, the location is good, quiet but very close to the Metro, supermarket and restaurant. The drawback is no air-conditioner. So it will be very hot in summar. The rooms and toilets are clean.

Nice small hotel located just outside the centre of Rome. But metro is very close so all the attractions are easy reachable (not in my case - managed to get there on the metro strike day...). This hotel is far from most places you would want to visit, it was not very interesting but good for the quietness. The breakfast bar is not up to much. the rooms are really small, no air conditioner but you can rent a fan from the front desk.
