I stayed here for two nights with two friends. The concierge was very polite and accommodating. The room was clean and well-furnished for our needs. The cleaning was very good, too. The Five Oscars is well-placed near the centre of the city, but in a quiet street.

We only stayed at the Five Oscars for one night, and it was delightful. Massimo couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We were in a section of the hotel that was new, with a small reception area and just four rooms. Our room was beautiful! Massimo did the interior design himself, and he has great taste. This hotel is... More

Can't emphasis enough how excellent the location of this hotel is, literally just off the Via Nazionale. About a 10 to 15 minutes walk from the Colloseum, as well as the Trevi Fountain and once you're at the Trevi fountain there's plenty going on and easily leads to the Pantheon and the Piazza Navona. Loads of restaurants, cafes and shops... More

In this price range we couldn’t find better in Rome. When we arrived, Massimo welcomed us by giving us a free upgrade (as someone cancelled the booking). Inn itself is in perfect location (especially for that price) – 10 min walk either to Colloseum or Centro Storico. Plenty of good, affordable restaurants around and some groceries stores around. Termini station... More

Ideally situated to most of the attractions and within easy walking distance, we felt welcomed by Massimo, who took the liberty of giving us a special treat, as our stay matched our wedding anniversary. Room was clean and well decorated, with free wi-fi, and even the free use of the computer and printer at front desk (more like in the... More

We stayed at this place in July 2012 and liked it. Here are the positives - Constantin and Massimo were VERY helpful and very accommodating. They welcomed us with bottles of cold water upon our arrival. Massimo provided us with a map and recommended restaurants to eat at within the neighborhood The room was great and a good size. The... We stayed here in June 2012, from Australia. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of this room! We stayed in the Gold Room, which was absolutely fantastic! It was a fantastic room with everything we could want. It was more than big enough and the bathroom was equally sizeable. Even fit two in the shower without a problem :-)... More

This is truly the perfect place to stay - ( I recommend for couples although we had our 13 year old daughter with us who also thought this place was perfect). This is a small two apartment inn which is inside a beautiful old building in Rome. You are greeted personally upon arrival and taken to the first floor there... More

This is not a hotel, it is hotel style rooms for rent. There is no reception, no restaurant or any other facilities that you would associate with a hotel. Breakfast is a voucher to use at the cafe over the road, where you are only allowed one coffee and one pastry. The rooms are good, plenty of room, clean and... More
