The rooms are really nice, look much more like a hotel than a bed n breakfast. Walking distance to the main centric sites. We had a problem with the bath and had to be relocated in a near appartment with the same characteristics. What could be better: the breakfast. More

Rovati Guesthouse offers really good and basic accomodation for your stay in Rome (especially if you can get a good price). The rooms are located in a nice residential building just a few steps away from the Lepanto Metro Station. You can easily walk there and have good access to other parts of the city via Metro. The guesthouse was in a residential building which was really nice to be part of rather than a hotel. Room was okay size and bathroom very clean. However was always dark unless you opened shutter windows fully. Would recommend as a basc room to stay, nothing fancy and one step up from a hostel. Breakfast is some crackersa nd small... More

Great value for money considering where it is. Room was basic but very clean and modern. People couldn't have been friendlier and more helpful! Well worth the 5 stars. Don't pay any more for a fancy hotel, stay here in a nice simple room, go out for breakfast and enjoy the sites!!! More

I had stayed already at Via Duilio at it was already very good, clean and well located. This time I went for the beatification of John Paul II and stayed at the Rovati guest house at Piazza Cavour. Only 2-minute walk from Castello St. Angelo and 10-minute from Saint Peter. Its big, renovated and tastefully-decorated rooms are amazing, a 4-star... More

Our stay at the Rovati Guest House september 2010 was nothing but excellent .We were 20min walk from the Vatican , Shops and eatery's. BUT in Rome you most certainly need a metro pass! The Rovati family was friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!! More

We enjoyed our stay here. We walked to everything, but if you are not a walker the metro is so close to this hotel and will take you to all the main sites. The room was nice and clean and the bathroom was fairly big considering you hear about how small they usually are in Europe. Yes the breakfast is... More

My brother and I found this place to be really suitable for a 5 night stay! We were 20min walk from the Vatican , Shops and eatery's. BUT in Rome you most certainly need a metro pass! There was a nice little coffee shop on the corner (to the left, on the other side of the road) Don't got to... More
