First the bad, I know that's what everyone reads first: the beds are super-stiff, and the front desk is only staffed a few hours per day.

Our stay here was excellent. We were met by Valaria, who really helpped us plan our activities, and provided us a few helpful hints on getting around Rome. The location is good, either walking distance or a quick cab ride anywhere. Also right next to the metro. The only thing that could be approved upon is the breakfast.
