they are very helpfull, they give info without being asked, they keep you updated with your request, they give excellent help, good sleep coz far from noisy rome traffice, take the metro, and your problem solved, coz rome is small and everything is reachable with the metro. More

Carpet is filthy. Booked through Booking.com a Triple with garden view: no garden view, only one double bed with a single sofa bed, staff wan not very apologetical, but provided me with a cot that was no different from sofa bed. The only compliment I can give is to Alessandro who was very helpful upon our arrival. Also the hotel is a 5 min walk from Marconi metro station which is handy. Slightly mis-leading description but reviews are correct - 5 mins from Marconi station and red light area! Hard to find at night so ensure you have good directions if arriving on foot. Can't complain about service or standard of hotel. If the hotel was more centrally located this would be a great hotel for tourists to Rome! More

Stayed two nights. Rooms were nicely appointed with a good view to the garden. About a 10 min walk to the Marconi metro station, just have to watch out for the lady's of the night in the area as it is a business hotel area. More
