Carpet is filthy.
Booked through Booking.com a Triple with garden view: no garden view, only one double bed with a single sofa bed, staff wan not very apologetical, but provided me with a cot that was no different from sofa bed.
Breakfast was ok, but fruit a bit passed.
Fittings need some maintenance.

The only compliment I can give is to Alessandro who was very helpful upon our arrival. Also the hotel is a 5 min walk from Marconi metro station which is handy.

Slightly mis-leading description but reviews are correct - 5 mins from Marconi station and red light area! Hard to find at night so ensure you have good directions if arriving on foot. Can't complain about service or standard of hotel. If the hotel was more centrally located this would be a great hotel for tourists to Rome!

Compare to EUR Hotels rates it's a good deal; It was part of private school (still there) and if you go during shool time you'll be waked up from children going to school; different way to wake up isn't it?
It's 5 walking minutes from subway stop (Marconi B line) bringing you to EUR business area or if you've time...

Stayed two nights. Rooms were nicely appointed with a good view to the garden. About a 10 min walk to the Marconi metro station, just have to watch out for the lady's of the night in the area as it is a business hotel area.
