Maison Giulia is quaint, in a small building from the 1500's. The staff is friendly and accommodating, willing to assist in any way they can. It is very close to Ponte Sisto, Campo de Fiore, Trastevere. Rooms are very small but very clean and nicely decorated. Linens were very nice and refreshed daily. There is a spiral staircase from lobby... More

We had a nice stay at Maison Giulia. Staff and owners are more than friendly and helpful doing their best to please you. We first had a room a little too noisy to our taste (Vespas and cars passing by in the side street). Being very tired we were a bit noise sensitive, but once they had moved us to... More

We stayed in one of the new apartments that the Maison Giulia offers. It was only my husband and I so we stayed in the Studio apartment. The room was beautifully decorated and fully furnished. The bathroom has beautiful ceramic tile throughout including inside the shower as well. Plenty of storage for our clothes and packs. The kitchen had four... More

We stayed 5 night at Maison Gulia (29.12.11-03.01.11). We wanted to spend New Year´s Eve in the Eternal City and also use the chance to explore Rome. This B&B Hotel is our opinion one of the best we had till now. I don´t say that in the meaning of luxus. I mean it "all in all". The location could not... More

It was my first time in Rome and I am glad I chose Maison Giulia for a 3 night stay (22-25 Dec). The location is excellent - walking distance to Piazza Novona and other amenities. The rooms are immaculately clean. I was worried of communication problem since I don't speak Italian but that was the least of my worries. Staff all... More

I stayed 4 nights at Maison Guilia and I must write I made the right decision. For my discovery of Rome my criteria for an accommodation were 1. The location, you can reach any points of interest within Rome inner city on foot, 2. A small and genuine hotel/B&B. I booked a taxi (email to Maison Guilia as suggested on... More

I was with my mom on our first visit to the Eternal City in November 2011. We were staying in hotel Maison Giulia for 5 nights and it was for both of us an amazing experience. We had planned a lot of monuments and gelato-shops, so we needed a nice place to rest. The hotel is in an excellent location,... More

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights from 11th Oct and were very happy with our choice. The location is perfect, close to the Tiber and a short walk to the atmospheric Campo dei Fiori and Piazza Navona. It is also a short walk across the bridge to visit Trastevere which has some lovely restaurants, full of locals which... More

Stayed at this great hotel for two nights.. The two Allesandros were the perfect hosts. Welcoming and friendly willing to help in any way they can. The location is ideal with Trastevere across the bridge and Campo De' Fiori a 2min walk away. Would recommend this lovely place to anyone going to stay in Rome. Will definitely be staying again... Dont normally write reviews but have to say that all the excellent reviews for this hotel are spot on. Couldnt ask for better hotel owners and hotel was spotless, decorated beautifully and in a perfect location. Even ordered our taxi and lent us a plug adapter, as we stupidly forgot ours. Will definatly be visiting again, this is the place... More
