First off I'm not a picky person in the least so you can consider this an unbiased review... i'm also american so this is written from an american point of view. In Italy and Europe in general you will NOT find hotels like the ones in the US for the same price. The room was VERY small by American standards...

We stayed in Flavia 84 in Rome for 2 nights. The pros of this bed and breakfast is that it is near the commercial district (Argricultire ministry..etc) therefore there were lots of trattorias, restaurants, grocers around. It is in the same building as a couple of other hotels which mean that you can leverage on them for tour pick up....
