We were expecting a lot because of the good comments, but we were very disappointed about our room and the neighbourhood. Our room was very small, especially the shower. We didn´t feel save in the neighbourhood of termini. Wifi didn´t work well and the room was very noisy. Good price and friendly host.

Stayed there for 3 days in June 2012. Room was ok, free wireless worked fine and it was nice to live for a while almost as locals. The location is quite unbeatable, just a few hundred meters from central train station and the metro. Feel free to skip the breakfast, because you can eat much better outside.

B&B was clean, compact and functional. Beds were comfy (but very low). Towels were nice and big. The owner was helpful. They will not accept cards as payment so make sure you have cash. We stayed here during the VERY hot days of late June/early July after a 12-night cruise. Air conditioning is hard to find for this price, but we had it here, and it worked well.
