we stayed there for a couple of nights. The place is clean, quite new and the quality of sleeping is good.
The Area of Naples is outside the historical center but is safe (anyway avoid to walk at night showing an expensive camera, since you can tempt someone...) and you can reach it by bus or Metro easily.

Stayed here one night in early October and despite being ill, I enjoyed my stay. The owner was hospitable and accommodating despite his limited English and our limited Italian. Clean, comfortable, super friendly service! The owner introduced us to merchants up and down the street, armed us with lots of useful info and made sure we were very comfortable.
