Any hotel is only as good as its staff and our stay at this hotel was made perfect by the staff who were all so friendly and clearly wanted all guests to enjoy their holiday. this is an excellent hotel, very well situated in the centre of sorrento. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant. There were flowers in the room to welcome us with a card. This is the second time I stayed at Hotel Antiche Mura. I absolutely love this place. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. What a wonderful surprise when we checked into our room.
