The hotel itself was fine, once we found it. It doesn't look very encouraging from the outside (underneath a parking structure), but is spacious enough inside. Stayed here for 1 week in April 2013. Nice hotel, pleasant staff. Decent continental breakfast. Clean towels every day, clean sheets every second day. Air con and wifi worked fine.Huge bed. Would stay here again. Good location in the old town. Want to come back next year.

Hotel was lovely and clean,staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location and a beautiful spa but this not advertised at much as it should be. There is a discount for the spa for guests! If we were ever to go back to Sorrento we would definitely stay there again. Great value for money!

Wonderful wonderful wonderful. Big room, view of the cliff above Sorrento with olive trees, really super staff, good breakfast,and super clean. Felt like home right away.
