We had a late arrival after 6pm due to unforseen circumstances and had to call the numbers on the wall. It took about 30mins for the lady to arrive and check us in. We were a little frustrated but this was a budget place, not a grand hotel. There is no one to man the office during the day, so... More

Before going, I called 3 times the phone number on the booking, nobody answered. When I arrived nobody was there. The door bell was not connected to any telephone. I had to call all telephones (three) displayed on the door to find someone. It took this person an hour to get there. She excused herself adducing traffic jams, but there... More

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights in September and thought it perfect! The rooms are modern, clean, we had a wonderful shower and we loved the french doors that opened to the square. My husband spent a lot of time enjoying the scenes in the piazza beneath our window...from morning to night it was a perfect place to... More

Had a 3 night stay and found the room (106 is the biggest) to be large airy, modern and tidy with nicely tiled on suite. The value and neatness are the best aspects of staying at the place. Location is a double edged sword. With it being quite central it can be busy on the road and square opposite. As... More

Over the years I read many hotel reviews on this site to help me to plan for my trip. Many times I was more confused after reading reviews because of so many conflicting points. I realized you are disappointed when your expectation does not materialize. It was so clear even more so after staying at Blurooms. I booked this hotel... More

We had a room on the 2nd floor, so we didn't have a balcony, but the room looked a fair bit bigger and had a bit of character. Good location on the main street, the guy who runs it is really helpful, its clean, has been recently renovated, and its good value. More

Renovated rooms with all the facilities - aircon, tv, bathroom, safe, free wifi, clean and modern room. We had the top floor room - bigger than lower room. Great central location in Sorrento , about 15 minute walk from Train station. We used it as a base to go to Pompeii, Capri, Mt Vesuvus - better than Naples. Stayed mid... More

Lets get one thing straight at the beginning: this hotel/apartment is on the old main road through “Sorrento”, if you are expecting quiet you are looking in the wrong place, however shut the French Windows and the noise will be massively reduced. But we really wanted to be in “Sorrento”; we have stayed previously in a hotel in “Saint Agnello”,... More
