Location is very near the city of arts and the oceanarium and Gullier (for kids). The price was very affordable and the room sizeable .. Two cons for the place are the smoke smell in the room and the night staff was quite grouchy. In terms of food, not too many restaurants within 600m that's well rated in tripadvisor
