Clean, friendly staff, great terrace. My room was ok but a little too small. Purple nest is special due to the many initiatives organized by the staff, cool bar,pub crawl, bike tour...a lonely traveler soon finds friends to have fun with! I definitively recommend it!!!

I really enjoyed my stay here and overall I thought this was a good hostel, the location of course was great and it was very easy to get everywhere I needed to in Valencia from here (which by the way is an awesome city, very underrated and definitely worth a visit), the staff were really cool as well as helpful... Its location is great, and it's within walking distance from all major sites. The staff are great and there is a security guy to check your card at night before letting you in. The room is a bit small and basic, and the bunk beds are quite squeaky, they make noises when the people sleeping on upper bunks move even... More

The staff was awesome. From the moment i got there the check in process was very easy even though i arrived past midnight. I had my own locker and was able to store my backpack on the checkout date while i toured the city. Also, Francesca at the bar was very welcoming and helped me practice my Italian

Booked a private room here with my girlfriend and was impressed. The room was large and comfortable. We were lucky enough to get the top floor private room with our own balcony. Couldn't get over the value for money. The only bad thing was the walls were paper thin. Could hear people having sex next door. The location is really... More

I discovered this hostel by chance, my first vacation at the nest hostel in Barcelona was actually my first time in a hostel, I was scared and thought the worst could happen, but to my amazement, it was quite busy with foreigners from around the globe, very clean and the friendly staff assured comfort, then on day 3, I had... They have great common areas with a bar that set a good social atmosphere and the staff were very helpful. it is in a good location on the edge of the old city (i suggest hiring a bike to get around). Only downside we had was the dorm we were in had no aircon and was a bit warm. Security... More

Me and my uncle are in Valencia just for a day , and are glad that we picked Purple Nest for our stay. The hostel is very clean and modern, the rooms spacey enough and the stuff friendly. The common room has free wifi and a nice bar. As far as location one can`t go wrong - easy access from... More

Nice place to stay some days. Everynights there is a special event: cocktail party, valencia's pubs tour, energydrink halfprice and so on... The bed place is cheep, i've benn in a 4 bed room: nice and clean, but the web photos are photoshopped and look better than real. Staff is friendly, unfortunatly starting 7pm there is like a policeman at... More
