Stayed here apart of a tour. Rooms are a good size. Some of the staff are helpful. Breakfast was good. The cleaners don't clean to well. There was urine stains on the toilet seat even tho they claimed they cleaned it. Few hairs in the bathroom shower/bath. Half hour walk to old town. Lucky cabs are cheap

had an excellent stay,distance from city centre no problem for me, meals were good,bar had a very nice malt whisky,restaurant and bar staff all very obliging as were the front desk staff..rooms although perhaps seemingly dark,is probably due to the spanish style of decor.local supermarket very handy for last minute goods. excellent value for money hotel.

The staff at the front desk were not friendly. The rooms were not very clean, and the location was a 30 min. walk from the old town. The breakfast was mostly packaged food, but the cafe con leche at breakfast was good and unlimited. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.
