Stayed here recently and was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome. Very clean and comfortable, would definately recommend. I appreciated having access to a kitchen and the care that the owners put into making guests' stay a good one.

Perfectly situated in the heart of the city, 2 minutes from Metro (Colon). Great place to stay in Valencia, in the middle of the old city. Nice rooms, very clean. The hosts are so friendly and helpful, they have loads of good tips to eat/go to in the city. Very good fresh prepared breakfast. Also good to practice your Spanish!

Our family (two adults and children 6yrs and 3yrs) stayed here for four nights. Excellent place if you have small children with you. Bathrooms excellent, kitchen facilities excellent. We had the biggest room with two extra beds. Two balconies. No problems whatsoever. Staff really helpful and nice. Breakfast very good.

We had a wundorful pleasent stay at K&K guesthouse. Excellent breakfast was included. We recommend the fresh fruit salat and the selfmade cake! The guesthouse is located in the city centre so every hot spot is in walking distance. And the metro station is 1 minute away. Thank you Daniele for our good days in Valencia!
